Josette Charbit-Schwartz is a highly skilled French tutor with a broad range of experience teaching the nuances of both language and culture. She will help you to better communicate in French the often complex ideas in simple, meaningful ways. Raised and educated in Paris France, Josette has lived in the Bay area for over 30 years. She has taught at distinguished schools such as the Lycée Français, The Branson School, and French American International in San Francisco. Currently teaching at Book Passage Marin; Josette is teaching her popular French courses, creating a feel good atmosphere, with always an extra large dose of of humor and popular French culture.
Outside the classroom, Josette’s expertise extends to the business world. She offers assistance in cross cultural consulting, travel preparations, bilingual office assistance and specialized hospitality outreach with a French touch.
